📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Evaluating and appraising a variety of collateral items such as jewelry, electronics, vehicles, and other valuable assets.
• Conducting thorough inspections and assessments to determine the fair market value of items.
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation for each valuation, including photographs and condition assessments.
• Collaborating with loan officers and customers to ensure accurate and timely valuations.
• Staying up-to-date with market trends and valuation standards to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified appraiser with experience in the pawnshop and financial services industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in valuation and appraisal.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and valuation standards.
• Proficiency in using valuation software such as Ivalua, RGA, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
