📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and quality.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and budgets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
