This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding the fleet and transportation services.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of all fleet activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Participate in regular safety inspections and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
