Store Up Sejahtera is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Balikpapan. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Manage employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
