📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Update and maintain sales data and records in our CRM system.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing sales materials.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
• Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all sales-related activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
