📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met in all food preparation.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
