🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of departmental operations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
