📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Design and implement training programs that align with company goals and values.Identify learning needs and develop solutions to enhance performance and engagement.Work closely with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and preferences.Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.🛠️ Keahlian
