📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure cost-effective food procurement.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain consistent ingredient quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
