In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of audit activities.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities and findings.,Participating in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest auditing practices and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role.
