📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of sites, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.,Plan and coordinate site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Provide technical support and guidance to site staff as needed.,Monitor and report on site progress and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and communication.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
