📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.,Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and accidents.,Monitor project budgets and timelines, and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong track record in leading and delivering construction projects.,Proven experience in managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and travel.
