📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assess clients' financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment
- Prepare and submit loan applications to the credit committee
- Monitor and manage client accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit or financial services
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of BPR operations and regulations
- Certification in Financial Services (preferred)
