📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Manage and mentor accounting staff to maintain high performance standards.,Conduct regular audits of accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
