🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on organization development and performance management.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Power BI for data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
