📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and supervise the construction of various civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure.,Prepare detailed project plans, specifications, and estimates, and ensure they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.,Manage project budgets and resources, and ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and support staff to ensure the successful completion of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques, such as PMP or Agile.
