📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.,Backup and restore data as needed to ensure business continuity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the IT department.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.,Provide technical documentation and training to end-users as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Familiarity with database management systems.,Experience with IT security best practices and tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
