Web Fast Pratama is looking for a dedicated F&B Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction in our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas and kitchen equipment.,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to F&B service.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food handling procedures.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
