In this role, you will act as a key driver in our mission to expand our merchant network, helping local businesses access our financial services. As a Field Merchant Acquisition Specialist, you'll spend your days visiting and meeting with potential merchants, demonstrating our products and services, and guiding them through the onboarding process. You'll need to be comfortable working independently and have a strong understanding of the local market. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential merchant partners in Situbondo and surrounding areas.
• Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate our products and services to potential merchants.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth setup experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement acquisition strategies.
• Provide regular reports on merchant acquisition activities and progress.
• Attend and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the local market and the ability to build relationships with merchants.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with digital financial solutions and Fintech products.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
