• Oversee the daily operations of our culinary and beverage teams, ensuring high standards of food and service quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize profitability and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service and expertise.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless integration of culinary and beverage services with overall guest experiences.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to build professional networks and stay updated on trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a proven track record of success in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Certifications in advanced beverage management and culinary leadership are a plus.
