You'll handle a variety of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be crucial in this role, as you'll be the primary point of contact for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
• Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and share this knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
