📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials,Provide technical support to customers and users,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Understanding of technical concepts and processes
