📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Conduct training and development activities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the agricultural or food industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
