Smart Crown Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to meet customer demands and trends.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and availability of ingredients.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Ensure timely and accurate preparation of food according to the restaurant's schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).,Certifications in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) are a plus.
