📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide support.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the implementation of e-learning platforms and tools to support continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant learning management systems.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Understanding of the local context and culture in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.
