📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
