East Indian Agency Products is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and managing logistics operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.,Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure smooth production flow.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and waste.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or logistics industry.,Understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
