📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to meet their needs and preferences.,Promote sales and special offers to drive customer purchases.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented store.,Assist in store operations such as opening and closing procedures.,Participate in sales promotions and events to boost sales and brand awareness.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with basic retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Enthusiasm and passion for retail and customer service.
