📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Oversee the implementation of new IT technologies and systems.,Ensure the company's IT systems comply with industry standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Work closely with other departments to ensure the effective use of IT systems in supporting business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security and data backups.,Familiarity with various software applications and systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
