Design and develop tooling and injection molding solutions for a variety of industries,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice to clients,Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that tooling and injection molding solutions are produced to the highest standards,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the tooling and injection molding industry,Mentor and train junior engineers and designers,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and components are sourced and delivered on time,Develop and maintain technical documentation and drawings🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in tooling and injection molding,Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA,Strong understanding of injection molding processes and materials,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)🛠️ Keahlian
