📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and update the company's accounting records and ledgers.
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and assisting in the preparation of audit reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed, including data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
