📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of BBQ dishes using high-quality ingredients and traditional grilling techniques.
• Assist in the planning and execution of catering services for events, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and well-stocked.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold the company's high standards of service and quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all clients' needs and preferences are met.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in the BBQ and catering industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of BBQ techniques and traditional cooking methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
