General Affairs Officer - Facilities & Vendor Management (Bali)

You’ll also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring our vendors deliver exceptional service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of building facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functional.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Monitor and report on facility maintenance costs and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance and vendor management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to facility staff and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all facility maintenance activities and vendor interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with vendor management processes and best practices.
