In this role, you'll work closely with the management team, store managers, and staff to ensure that our stores run efficiently and effectively. You'll use tools like SAP and Microsoft Office to streamline operations, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage and train store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to streamline operations, manage inventory, and generate reports.
• Ensure that all stores adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operational initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and train staff effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
