📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct financial literacy workshops and training sessions for MSMEs to enhance their financial management skills.
• Develop and implement customized financial solutions and mentorship programs tailored to the specific needs of MSMEs.
• Collaborate with local government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to create a supportive ecosystem for MSME growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of financial education and mentorship programs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MSMEs, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve sustainable growth.
• Participate in community development initiatives and events to promote the importance of financial resilience and economic empowerment.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of MSMEs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the effectiveness of financial education and mentorship programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, financial education, or MSME support.
• Strong understanding of financial literacy and MSME development principles.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing financial education and mentorship programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with MSMEs and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
