📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical panels, and other building systems.
• Maintain and repair IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems.
• Monitor and maintain environmental controls such as temperature, humidity, and air quality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid downtime and ensure the reliability of our data center.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and report on the condition of equipment and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of data center facilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar.
• Understanding of data center best practices and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid certification in data center maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
